Elliot is one of the two current perfect dreamers, born every one hundred years. Because of this, he possesses the rarest of all dream energies, the red energy of courage. Elliot is a natural athlete, and excels in the game of basketball. He doubts in his own abilities however, especially when up against Roger Wilkeau, his greatest rival. But through the influence of NiGHTS he discovered his inner courage and learned to trust in himself, to such an extent that he had enough faith in himself to give up his red dream energy in order to save his new Nightmaren friend’s life after the defeat of Wiseman. Through his adventures with NiGHTS he met Claris Sinclair, and through a case of opposites attract, the two have become very close friends.

Elliot is a fairly typical and fun loving teen, but due to his past experiences with bullies, most notably Roger, he doesn’t trust easily, nor is he willing to give certain people the benefit of the doubt.
